Job summary

Willmott Dixon's Interiors division seeks an Information Controller / Document Controller based at The Old Bailey, Central London. You will manage project documentation, ensure records are accurate, securely stored, and accessible to the project team.

You will collaborate with Design Managers, consultants, supply-chain partners and other stakeholders to maintain compliant information flows across the full project lifecycle, supporting ISO19650 standards and efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Document Control within construction.
• Mandatory experience with Viewpoint for Projects (4Projects) and Procore.
• Experience with a Common Data Environment (CDE/EDMS) and Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP).
• Experience managing information across multiple projects.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of TIDPs and MIDP coordination/federation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain document control processes for allocated projects.
• Track status of documents and provide progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with ISO19650, policies and project requirements.
• Facilitate information sharing across the project team.
• Coordinate with external partners for timely document exchange.
• Regularly review and audit document control processes.
