Saipem is seeking a Project HSE Manager in Kingston, UK, to lead and coordinate HSE across EPIC projects. You will develop, implement and improve the Project HSE system, drive risk assessments, conduct incident investigations and ensure compliance with UK CDM regulations and ISO/IOGP standards.
Requirements: 3+ years as HSE Manager, 10+ years in HSE, NEBOSH Diploma, Tech IOSH or above and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor preferred. Full-time contractor, UK right-to-work; sponsorship not offered.

As Project HSE Manager you will report to the Saipem Ltd QHSE Manager as well as the Project Director. You will ensure correct development, management and improvement of Project HSE Management System throughout the engineering and development phases (EPIC) of the project. You will Plan and coordinate the activities of all HSE personnel working both in design and on sites.
Also you will define criteria and references for developing project HSE plans and for undertaking specific studies and global analysis evaluating plant/platform performance in normal operating and upset conditions.
