Saipem in Aberdeen is seeking an HR Administrator to provide essential clerical and administrative support to the HR department. The role focuses on accurate record-keeping, documentation control, and compliance with data protection requirements.
You will liaise with recruitment agencies, manage staff files and onboarding paperwork, and coordinate medicals and training records for offshore and onshore personnel in line with company procedures.

As HR Administrator support the core business function to ensure that Company and Corporate objectives are met by providing efficient clerical and administrative support to the HR department based in Aberdeen.
Experience: Previous HR or general administration in a busy working environment is desirable but not essential
IT knowledge: intermediate MS package
