Job summary

EarthStream Global is seeking a Project Support Officer to assist the Projects team across HV Cabling, Overhead Line and Substation schemes in the UK. The role will focus on maintaining accurate documentation, logs, and input of project information to support governance and assurance processes.

Key duties include RAID log management, data entry for dashboards and status reports, and ensuring compliance with project delivery frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience in project support, PMO, or similar administrative environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Strong numeracy and ability to handle data accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement across levels.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support to the Projects team and maintain registers and logs.
• Own and update RAID logs; ensure accuracy and regular review with PMs.
• Input and track project performance data for dashboards and reports.
• Support governance reviews, assurance checks, and document preparation.
