Job summary

Earthstream is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Projects team across HV Cabling, OHL and Substation schemes in Weston-super-Mare. You will maintain documentation, manage data logs, and assist with governance, assurance, and timely input of financial information.

With strong admin skills and experience in PMO environments, you will enable project managers to deliver efficiently by ensuring data integrity and proactive reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO or project support.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation, registers and logs.
• Input, track and update project data for dashboards and reports.
• Support cost tracking and financial forecasting.
• Assist with governance reviews, audits and stage gates.
• Coordinate reporting and liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
