Key Responsibilities
  • Expediting & Monitoring.
  • Track supplier progress against purchase orders and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor milestones; elevate delays and propose corrective actions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between operations, procurement, engineering, and supply chain.
  • Facilitate meetings and follow‑ups to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier data, change orders, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100) and project specifications.
  • Identify potential delays and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support supplier evaluation programs and assist with payment monitoring.
Experience
  • 2-5 years in project coordination, expediting, or supply chain within aerospace or manufacturing.
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with SAP would be a distinct advantage.
  • Use of MS applications (Excel, Project, etc.).
  • Understanding of aerospace quality principles (ISO/AS9100).
Soft Skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and compliance audits.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
