Job summary

Zenzero Solutions Ltd in Coventry is seeking a Project Engineer to deliver Modern Desktop and Infrastructure projects. You will drive Microsoft 365 migrations, Azure upgrades and on-premise modernization, combining hands-on delivery with strategic thinking and client focus.

Reporting to the Head of Modern Desktop & Infrastructure, you will collaborate with project management and service teams, document changes, and act as escalation point for complex tickets while ensuring projects stay on time

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Entra, Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with on-premise infrastructure and hybrid architectures.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ConnectWise Manage, ServiceNow, Remedy or Autotask.
• Strong problem solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• Security-first mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of technical projects across Modern Desktop and Infrastructure.
• Manage server, domain configurations and migrations (M365, Azure).
• Deliver Modern Workplace migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
• Collaborate with Project Management and Account Management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Act as escalation point for complex service desk tickets.
• Document client system changes in appropriate systems and communicate to stakeholders.
• Align technical solutions with client business requirements and IT standards.
• Follow procedures while suggesting updates as needed.
