Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive Project Data Entry Supervisor to join our Operations team in Hoddesdon, UK. You will lead a dedicated data entry team, manage workflow and quality, and ensure daily service delivery across SKP and DCS platforms.

• Monitor operational exception levels, conduct daily report cleanses, and resolve data issues to uphold SLA targets.
• Maintain rigorous SOX controls and compliance with internal operating standards and customer audit requirements.
• Partner with Line Managers, Account Management and Project Management teams for cross-functional data entry initiatives.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze productivity data and optimize resource allocation.

Job description

Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive Project Data Entry Supervisor to join our Operations team. In this role, you will lead a dedicated data entry team in Hoddesdon, taking ownership of workflow, quality execution, and daily service delivery across key platforms like SKP and DCS. By coaching team members, monitoring key operational statistics, and ensuring strict compliance with operating standards, you will directly safeguard accuracy while setting the benchmark for operational efficiency. Here, your leadership and eye for detail will ensure critical customer information is seamlessly processed on time, every time.

• Oversee daily data entry operations across SKP and DCS platforms, balancing workflows against staffing models and performance metrics.
• Direct and develop Team Leaders and data entry personnel through routine coaching, performance appraisals, and SMART objective setting.
• Monitor operational exception levels, conduct daily report cleanses, and resolve data issues to uphold strict SLA targets.
• Maintain rigorous compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls, internal operating standards, and customer audit requirements.
• Partner with Line Managers, Account Management, and Project Management teams while supporting cross-functional data entry initiatives as required.
• Strong knowledge of specialized data entry platforms, specifically SKP and DCS.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze team productivity data, interpret department statistics, and optimize resource allocation.
• Proven track record in delegating tasks effectively, guiding direct reports, and driving continuous improvement.

Several years of experience in data entry operations, team leadership, or supervisory management.
