• Several years of experience in data entry operations, team leadership or supervisory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily data entry operations across SVP platforms, balancing workflows against staffing models and performance metrics.
• Direct and develop Team Leaders and data entry personnel through coaching and performance appraisals.
• Monitor operational exception levels, conduct daily report cleanses, and resolve data issues to uphold SLA targets.
• Maintain rigorous SOX controls and compliance with internal operating standards and customer audit requirements.
• Partner with Line Managers, Account Management and Project Management teams for cross-functional data entry initiatives.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze productivity data and optimize resource allocation.
