Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and passionate about delivering excellent service? We're looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to join our team in Uxbridge on a full-time, permanent, hybrid basis.

Working closely with our global production hubs, onsite project delivery teams and account management colleagues, you'll play an important role in coordinating artwork projects, keeping workflows on track and ensuring deadlines are met. You'll help maintain accurate project information, facilitate effective communication and ensure a seamless service for our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

  • Demonstrate commercial awareness when coordinating projects and supporting client needs.
Project Coordination and Management
  • Coordinate artwork projects following the initial briefing from the Project Manager, ensuring tasks are managed accurately and consistently.
  • Maintain clear, accurate and up-to-date project information across relevant management systems.
  • Ensure effective communication between studio teams and onsite Project Delivery Managers.
  • Keep client-facing project management systems updated with the latest project progress.
  • Ensure supplier and printer information is available to enable artwork production and release.
  • Monitor project progress, manage competing priorities and help ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Follow established procedures and quality standards, contributing to continuous improvement.
Information and Production Management
  • Maintain accurate client and project information to support Project Managers and Account Managers.
  • Work closely with production hubs and Project Managers to coordinate workloads and keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Identify potential delays, challenges or risks and elevate them promptly to the appropriate person.
  • Ensure relevant stakeholders have the information they need to deliver projects successfully.
  • Contribute positively to the team's quality, social and environmental objectives.
