Zap is on the hunt for a results-driven and dynamic Project Coordinator to power our Marketing team. Requirements

What you'll be up to:

1. Seamless Client Onboarding - Facilitate a smooth transition for new Marketing clients, ensuring clarity and alignment from the start
2. Effective Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams and clients to collect requirements, promote transparent and open communication
3. Proactive Project Oversight - Track team progress, swiftly address challenges, and keep stakeholders informed with timely updates
4. Strategic Project & Resource Management - Optimise workflows and allocate resources effectively to drive efficiency and success
5. Continuous Improvement - Conduct thorough post-project evaluations to pinpoint strengths and uncover areas for enhancement

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a project coordinator in a marketing or related role
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills - Effectively convey information to build strong relationships both internally and with external stakeholders
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Slack, Trello, Google Workspace, and Zoho would be a great advantage
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment

Benefits

• Salary range is between £25,000-£30,000, negotiable and dependent on experience
• Salary is competitive, negotiable and dependent on experience
• Company Bonus 10% of salary once company goals are met or at the company's discretion which has been paid the past 5 years in a row
• Service Bonus of £1,000 per annum paid into your monthly salary up to 5 years / £5,000
