Requirements

What you’ll be up to:

• Facilitate seamless onboarding for new marketing clients, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and maintain transparent communication.
• Track project progress, address challenges proactively, and keep stakeholders updated.
• Manage project and resources strategically to optimize workflows and efficiency.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a project coordinator in marketing or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Slack, Trello, Google Workspace, and Zoho is a plus.
• Experience working in collaborative team environments.

Benefits and Compensation

• Salary range: £25,000 - £30,000, negotiable based on experience.
• Company bonus: 10% of salary, paid upon meeting company goals, consistently awarded for the past 5 years.
• Service bonus: £1,000 annually, paid monthly for up to 5 years (£5,000 total).
