Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren in the UK is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a busy Projects and Liaison team. You will provide administration, data analysis, reporting and document control, including minute taking and preparing team presentations.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop project briefs and programmes, take client instructions, ensure quality and compliance, and assist with invoicing and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized with proactive approach to day-to-day tasks.
• Strong IT skills and confidence with Microsoft Office.
• Good numeracy understanding and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration, coordination, data analysis, reporting and document control including minute taking and preparing team presentations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop the project brief, project programme and desired outcomes.
• Take client instructions and communicate project programme to key stakeholders.
• Ensure the levels of quality and accuracy meet with company and client requirements through good record keeping and file updates.
• Assist with invoicing and delivering monthly reports; support with compliance and policies.
