Job summary

Tech-People is seeking a Project Coordinator for a Surrey-based, office-based role supporting busy projects in the HVAC and building services sector. The position is a 3-month temp-to-perm arrangement with an hourly rate of £16.84 during the initial period and a £33,000 basic salary on permanent conversion.

You will provide administrative support, schedule engineers, handle documentation, assist with invoicing, and liaise with engineers, suppliers and clients to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination or scheduling roles.
• Construction/HVAC/Building services experience beneficial.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the projects team.
• Schedule engineers and assist with project planning.
• Prepare project documentation and maintain records.
• Assist with compliance paperwork and site mobilisation.
• Raise purchase orders and support invoicing and project administration.
• Liaise with engineers, suppliers and clients to keep projects on track.
• Maintain project files, spreadsheets and reports.
