The role requires strong organisation, proactive communication and the ability to manage deadlines. Salary £30,000 - £32,000 DOE with a comprehensive benefits package and parking on site.
Are you highly organised, confident communicating with different people and experienced working within a busy project, operational or site-led environment?
Office Angels are delighted to be partnering with a well-established national business to recruit a Project Coordinator to join their friendly and straightforward team in Durham.
This is more than a traditional administration role. You'll coordinate activity across multiple projects, acting as a key link between site teams, suppliers, management and Directors. From overseeing site holidays, wages and essential paperwork to managing purchase orders, negotiating supplier costs and keeping projects on track, you'll be someone who takes ownership and follows things through.
You'll build strong working relationships, but you'll also need the confidence to follow up when something hasn't been done, question things when they don't look right and have honest, constructive conversations when needed.
Due to the location and hours, you'll need to be able to reliably travel to the Durham office
We're looking for someone who can combine excellent organisation with confident, professional communication.
You’ll be:
Previous experience within project coordination, project administration, construction, engineering, document control, hire, manufacturing, industrial operations or another project-led environment would be advantageous, although we're equally interested in relevant transferable experience.
This is a friendly, straightforward and supportive environment where honesty and accountability are valued. You'll be expected to build strong relationships, while also being comfortable speaking up when something isn't right, following things through and ensuring processes and deadlines are respected.
If you're someone who prefers to address an issue, find a solution and move forward, you'll fit in well.
Please note: due to a high volume of applications, we're unable to provide individual feedback. If you require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know. We're here to support you.
