Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project coordination and business support.
• Assist Project Managers with the smooth running of commercial fit-out projects.
• Coordinate project documentation, reports and general administration.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and clients to support project delivery. Assist with ordering materials and coordinating deliveries where required.
• Maintain project files, records and documentation.
• Support the preparation of quotations, purchase orders and invoices.
• Monitor project schedules and assist with tracking progress.
• Manage emails, phone calls and general business correspondence.
• Support the wider team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Help ensure projects run efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Provide general business support to the office and project teams as required.
