Job summary

LGP Consultancy is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the planning and delivery of multiple commercial fit-out projects in Greater Manchester. You will coordinate project managers, site teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality standards.

The role requires strong programming expertise, proactive risk management and excellent communication to drive project momentum across retail, leisure, hotels and offices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager in construction or commercial fit-out.
• Experience delivering projects across retail, leisure, hotels, hospitality or offices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of construction programming, sequencing, critical path and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and maintain detailed programmes for multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Oversee timelines from pre-construction to handover and practical completion.
• Coordinate project managers, site managers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments.
• Monitor progress against programmes, identify delays and risks early.
• Implement recovery plans to maintain milestones and completion dates.
• Ensure projects meet budgets and contractual requirements.
• Attend client meetings and provide clear progress updates.
