The well-established and highly successful JAG accreditation programme is seeking an enthusiastic and organized project coordinator to join their data and training team. The successful candidate will focus on projects to improve JETS Workforce.

The Successful Candidate Will

  • Be exceptionally organized and interested in improving processes
  • Enjoy communicating with a range of individuals and developing great working relationships
  • Have experience supporting projects
  • Be passionate about improving the healthcare workforce and its services

About The Role

As project coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality projects, engaging with endoscopy trainees and trained endoscopists undertaking certification with JAG, and outlining the benefits of participation
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure a high-quality programme that develops endoscopy training across the UK and Ireland
  • Liaising with the website development team on programme website updates
  • Managing certification processes for endoscopists, ensuring efficiency and user-friendly websites
  • Responding to queries via phone and email
  • Supporting the wider team in project delivery

Ideal candidates will have outstanding organizational skills, confident communication abilities, and the initiative to work flexibly within a busy team.
