Job Description:

Cone Corkill are currently recruiting for a reputable established firm within financial services, working with a supportive, friendly, and collaborative team.

The Role:

  • Support Human Resources
  • Assist Investor Relations functions
  • Support Compliance activities

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Compliance officer with management and monitoring of the Senior Manager and Certification Regime
  • Conducting regular testing as part of the compliance monitoring program
  • Supporting the Senior HR Associate with maintaining reports and data for HR & Business Development, including DE&I initiatives
  • Collaborating with the Senior HR Associate and Operations team for onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Researching to support wellbeing initiatives, benefits, and salary analysis
  • Assisting with investor communications such as emails, newsletters, and reports
  • Preparing investor presentations, quarterly updates, and briefing materials for meetings
  • Maintaining investor contact lists and CRM systems
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping of communications and meetings
  • Tracking key investor metrics and feedback
  • Gathering market data, competitor updates, and investor insights

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous administrative experience in financial services
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for investor-facing documents
  • Attention to detail for handling sensitive financial and regulatory materials
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in stakeholder management
