Job summary

Construction is seeking a Project Coordinator to support delivery and design teams on offsite construction projects for a tier 1 contractor base. You will work with project managers and designers, collate information across departments, read drawings, and travel to sites as required.

The role requires a background in construction (sub contractor experience preferred), strong communication, understanding of building processes, and proficiency with software.

Qualifications

• Background in the construction sector (sub contractor experience preferred).
• Ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation.
• Understanding of building processes and programmes.
• Willingness to travel to sites as required.
• Comfortable using different software packages.

Sector: Offsite Construction
Due to growth we are seeking to speak to Project Coordinators within the construction industry. You will be working alongside both project delivery & design teams to help ensure a smooth delivery of each project. Working on new build projects within the offsite construction industry, you can expect to be involved in delivering unique projects for a tier 1 contractor client base.

As a Project Coordinator you will:

• Work alongside Project Managers & Designers
• Collate all information needed across all departments for each project
• Travel to sites when required
• Input all relevant information inhouse for all departments to see
• Read from design & construction drawings
• Liaise with external suppliers & clients
