Qualifications

• Experience in a coordination role with a proven track record of delivering projects.
• Strong proficiency with M365 tools, especially Excel.
• Professional and courteous manner in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of project plans including objectives, scope, H&S documentation and timelines.
• Coordinate and distribute job packs and provide admin support to Field Service Team & delivery managers.
• Coordinate resources (personnel, equipment, materials, accommodation, fleet) for efficient project execution.
• Electronic filing of internal and customer documentation, including from site.
• Procurement of materials and liaising with suppliers; goods receipting and records.
• Coordinate change management activities to ensure timely delivery and realized benefits.
• Update action logs, take minutes, prepare documentation and arrange meetings.
• Assess risks and issues and support effective mitigation and contingency measures.
• Contribute to monthly consolidation of project financial reports and explore reporting improvements.
