Qualifications

• Exposure to underground utilities, pipeline, or industrial projects is a plus.
• Strong communication across field and office teams.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-construction activities, bid preparation, and document review.
• Set up and maintain project files, documentation, and tracking.
• Support project scheduling, cost tracking, and budget monitoring.
• Coordinate with field crews, customers, and subcontractors.
• Assist in project reporting, status updates, and performance metrics.
• Participate in project meetings and field walks as needed.
