Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Operations Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and project tracking or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination: Support project handovers from sales and design teams; establish timelines and milestones; maintain accurate records; monitor progress; communicate updates.
