Our PMO Scotland team is expanding its Controls community. With growth in regions including new major programs, projects, and clients, we are looking for flexible, mobile Planning and Scheduling / Performance Reporting / Risk Management candidates to deliver services across Scotland. Travel within Scotland will be discussed during recruitment. You will have the opportunity to work in sectors such as Power, Water, Rail, Defence, Nuclear, Local Authority, and Shipyards.

You will work as part of our Project Controls team on high-profile infrastructure projects, providing performance reporting and analysis. Responsibilities include developing work breakdown structures, establishing progress and cost monitoring methods, producing control reports, and offering performance analysis and recommendations.

Required experience includes working in a project controls environment within the infrastructure sector (Energy, Defence, Rail, Airports, Highways, Water/Utilities) and knowledge in areas such as Programme Controls Management, Earned Value (EVM), Change & Risk Management, Planning, or PMO.

• Qualified graduate in a relevant discipline with some project control experience.
• Experience managing controls within projects, programs, or portfolios.
• Proficiency with Primavera (P6), Power BI, Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with strong time management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of planning principles and schedule construction.
• Experience with schedule assurance reviews and schedule monitoring and control.
• Ability to evaluate project status and promote a positive culture in Schedule Management.
