A leading global professional services company is seeking Project Controls Specialists at all levels to join their expanding PMO Scotland team. The role involves tailoring reporting processes, delivering performance management plans, and collaborating with project teams across various sectors. Our PMO Scotland team aims to expand its Controls community. We seek passionate, ambitious candidates across all professional, senior professional, and managerial grades who will support early careers, grow into leadership roles, and foster our values, especially Bringing out the best in Everyone.
With growth in regions including new major programmes, projects, and clients, we are looking for flexible, mobile Planning and Scheduling / Performance Reporting / Risk Management professionals to serve our local region. Travel within Scotland may be required and can be discussed during recruitment. You will have the chance to work across sectors such as Power, Water, Rail, Defence, Nuclear, Local Authority, and Shipyards.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Essential experience includes working in a project or programme environment and understanding how other Project Controls aspects interact with Reporting. Knowledge of Project Controls software (Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys) and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) is desirable. An understanding of data architecture and models is also important.
