With growth in regions including new major programmes, projects, and clients, we are looking for flexible, mobile Planning and Scheduling / Performance Reporting / Risk Management professionals to deliver services within Scotland. Travel may be required depending on the project. You will have the opportunity to work across sectors such as Power, Water, Rail, Defence, Nuclear, Local Authority, and Shipyards.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Tailoring reporting processes to meet client needs and align with best practices.
2. Delivering performance and reporting management plans based on project requirements and maturity.
3. Promoting the benefits of Performance Reporting & Analytics within project teams.
4. Implementing and maintaining reporting systems to track project controls performance.
5. Collaborating with project teams to establish accurate Performance Measurement Baselines and support change control.
6. Rolling out reporting calendars for consistent data collection and analysis.
7. Working with project controls to define data requirements and support digital teams.
8. Developing and maintaining corporate datasets and providing guidance on data quality.
9. Preparing governance materials for projects, programmes, portfolios, and enterprise levels.
10. Identifying performance recovery strategies for stakeholders and management.
11. Supporting development and embedding of KPIs and performance measures.
12. Creating project performance reports and dashboards with actionable recommendations.
13. Preparing presentations for governance forums and reviews.
14. Contributing to regional and national communities of practice.
15. Training and mentoring clients and team members in performance and reporting practices.

Essential experience includes working in project or programme environments and understanding how other project controls aspects interact with reporting. Knowledge of Project Controls software (Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys) and data analysis tools (Power BI) is desirable. A good understanding of data architecture and models is also important.
