Job summary

Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to join our Aberdeen team. You will support project control activities across commercial, financial and operational functions, compile and validate billing data, and prepare client invoices in line with contractual requirements.

In this role you will ensure timely financial reporting to monitor project performance, maintain records, and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement while

Qualifications

• Required HNC or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capability.
• Experience with ERP systems and billing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of project control activities across commercial, financial and operational functions.
• Compile and validate billing data to support commercial contract teams.
• Prepare accurate client invoices in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to support project performance.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the Project Controls team.
• Contribute to planning, monitoring and reporting of project performance.
• Promote safety and company policies.
