Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Aberdeen is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Professional to lead cost and schedule governance for life sciences or data centre projects. You will establish baselines, monitor performance, and manage change within a remote-enabled team.

You will work with cost managers, coordinate planning sessions, and deliver executive dashboards and client reports, ensuring value for money and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls coordination across project lifecycle.
• Life sciences or data centre sector experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify trends and root causes of deviations against baseline.
• Lead evaluation of time, cost and quality targets with governance controls.
• Coordinate with cost managers to ensure a market-tested cost baseline.
• Guide the contractor to align with schedule and cash flow.
• Prepare client reports focusing on time, cost and quality targets.
• Create cost reports and executive dashboards.
• Understand and lead change management processes.
• Coordinate planning sessions to define master schedule and baselines.
• Collaborate with vendors to meet installation dates.
• Incorporate project changes and communicate for approvals.
• Hold vendors accountable for schedule updates.
