Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Controller to support Project Controls for our local authority frameworks and major projects. You will liaise between Project Management, Commercial, Financial and Contract Management teams to ensure cohesive delivery and robust reporting.

The role involves tracking costs, invoicing, maintaining dashboards, and supporting project directors with timely data while developing within a structured training program. Hybrid working with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Tracking project costs and producing finance reports.
• Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing is carried out.
• Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and dashboards for project control.
• Prompting Project Managers/Project Directors for timely inputs to reports.
• Ensuring compliance on financial and commercial processes per AtkinsRéalis practices.
• Working with junior team members, sometimes in a supervisory capacity.
• Preparing document templates to a professional standard.
• Attend monthly reviews and other meetings as required.
