Belcan, a Cognizant company, is seeking a proactive Project Controller in Glasgow to support delivery from initiation through close. You will collaborate with Project Managers, engineers and stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and financial control.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, with a clear path for professional development within a dynamic project environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years' experience in Project Controls, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Eligible to obtain UK SC Clearance.

Aufgaben

• Set up, maintain, and close projects in the ERP system.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, costs, and performance.
• Produce and analyse project reports, KPIs, and financial data.
• Support invoicing, cost reconciliation, and payment tracking.
• Identify risks and budget deviations; support change control.
• Prepare accurate reporting for customer and internal reviews.
• Maintain project data integrity and support audits.
• Contribute to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
