Job summary

Copello is partnering with an established engineering business to recruit motivated Project Controllers for a growing project controls team within a leading engineering and technology organisation in the UK.

You will develop and maintain project schedules, monitor performance, costs, risks and progress, and support baseline management, forecasting and change control while producing insightful reports and analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in project planning or project controls.
• Knowledge of scheduling, forecasting and project reporting.
• Familiarity with planning tools such as Primavera P6, SAP or similar.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining project schedules and plans.
• Monitoring project performance, costs, risks and progress.
• Supporting baseline management, forecasting and change control.
• Producing project reporting and performance analysis.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
