The role includes preparing cost forecasts, monitoring budgets, and supporting month-end reporting. Aufgaben

• Assist in preparing and maintaining cost forecasts with the Cost Engineer and Project Managers.
• Collaborate with Programme Planners to align forecasts with project schedules.
• Monitor spend and budgets to support cost control and affordability.
• Support month-end reporting and maintain data across internal financial systems.
• Attend monthly supplier meetings and support contract admin via CEMAR.
• Raise purchase requisitions and process invoices in internal systems.
• Verify invoices/valuations and support resolution of financial queries.

Kenntnisse

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Some experience or understanding of cost control principles

Familiarity with tools like Excel, CEMAR, or other financial systems

Proactive and organized approach
