Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking a Project Co-ordinator to lead refurbishment and maintenance across its Non-Housing property portfolio in Carmarthenshire. You will deliver programmes, manage budgets and engage with clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant delivery.
The role requires proactive communication, professionalism and a collaborative approach to drive results and maintain high standards across schools, care homes and admin buildings.
If part time and/or term time, the full time salary quoted (based 37hrs) will be pro-rata'd accordingly
