Carmarthenshire County Council is advertising a Maintenance Technician - Bricklayer role based in Carmarthen/Llanelli. The position involves maintenance across 9,300+ council homes with a 37-hour week and pro-rata pay for part-time work. Candidates should have City and Guilds Level 2 or NVQ in Bricklaying and be able to work from depots at Trostre or Johnstown.

As part of our commitment to maintaining and improving our 9,300+ council homes, we are seeking self-motivated, positive, flexible, and experienced tradespeople with a can-do attitude to join our customer-focused Responsive Maintenance Team within the Housing Property and Strategic Projects Division.

You will be qualified to City and Guilds Level 2 or an NVQ equivalent with suitable works experience.

Our teams operate from 2 depots, based in Trostre, Llanelli or Johnstown, Carmarthen .
