Job summary

Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking a Nantycaws Masterplan Project Manager to lead a major regeneration and sustainability programme in Wales. The role involves strategic responsibility for creating up to 2,000 green jobs, wider economic development, and biodiversity improvements across Carmarthenshire.

You will work with senior leaders, stakeholders and regional partners to turn bold ambitions into reality.

This is a rare opportunity to lead one of the most ambitious regeneration, sustainability and economic development programmes in Wales. As Nantycaws Masterplan Project Manager, you will take strategic responsibility for transforming a flagship site that has the potential to deliver renewable energy generation, create up to 2,000 green jobs, expand commercial and circular economy opportunities, enhance biodiversity, and leave a lasting legacy for future generations across Carmarthenshire.
