Job summary

CMS Distribution is seeking a Business Projects Officer to support cross‑functional business change and technology rollouts. Based in our Castleford/Nottigham area, you’ll work with teams across the UK and international CMS locations on project delivery and transformation initiatives.

The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, reporting and dashboard creation, helping to navigate change, and developing skills in PMO, project management and business transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business change and technology rollouts.
• Ability to build relationships across teams and international locations.
• Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Knowledge of project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the successful delivery of business projects and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinating communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Helping teams navigate business and technology change, including system rollouts.
• Creating project updates, reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Monitoring project progress, risks and key actions.
• Building strong relationships across teams and departments.
• Gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Working closely with colleagues across the UK and international CMS locations.
