Job summary

CMS Distribution is seeking a Business Projects Officer to support cross‑functional business change and technology rollouts. Based in our Castleford/Nottigham area, you’ll work with teams across the UK and international CMS locations on project delivery and transformation initiatives.

The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, reporting and dashboard creation, helping to navigate change, and developing skills in PMO, project management and business transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business change and technology rollouts.
• Ability to build relationships across teams and international locations.
• Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Knowledge of project management tools.

Based in our Castleford office, you'll work with colleagues across multiple functions and international locations, helping to deliver meaningful business change while building valuable experience in project delivery, stakeholder engagement and transformation.

This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in Project Management, PMO, Change Management or Business Transformation.

• A degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Project Management or a related discipline
• Agile, CAPM, PMP or similar qualifications (or an interest in working towards them)
