Job summary

PM+M is seeking a Project and Change Coordinator to join the Support team in Blackburn. You will assist on IT projects, coordinate plans, gather requirements, and manage stakeholders to drive successful delivery.

Reporting to the Project and Change Senior Manager, you will help monitor progress, manage timelines, contribute to post-project reviews and drive process improvements. PM+M offers a flexible, supportive environment with learning opportunities in the North West.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project-based role, supporting change and process improvement projects.
• Experience with IT-focused projects and stakeholder interaction.
• Able to coordinate project plans, track timelines and milestones.
• Ability to gather requirements and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing IT and other projects across the firm with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project plans; track roles, timelines and milestones.
• Gather requirements and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and generate progress reports.
• Assist with post-project reviews and recommend improvements.
• Verify datasets and manage IT training and phishing results.
