Job summary

Staffordshire County Council is seeking a Change Manager to lead complex change and improvement projects within the Change Team, part of the Strategy and Transformation Service. You will shape approaches, engage stakeholders and support delivery from start to finish, with a focus on delivering real outcomes for residents.

The role supports PMO functions and governance through the QPI Board, working in a hybrid pattern based in Stafford.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change, transformation or improvement activity.
• Ability to turn strategic priorities into practical action.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead change and improvement projects from design through to delivery.
• Develop plans, business cases, risks and benefits.
• Support PMO activities including reporting to the QPI Board.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across services.
• Ensure change delivers measurable outcomes for residents.
