• Graduate with 1-2 years in project, transformation or analytical roles.

• Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills.
• Confident but collaborative in approach.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams across the business.
• Take ownership of projects from planning through to delivery.
• Support major transformation initiatives, including CRM and ERP implementations.
• Analyse business data and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Review, map and improve business processes.
• Monitor project progress, risks, actions and key deliverables.
• Produce reports, dashboards and presentation materials for stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote best practice across the organisation.
• Ensure projects remain focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
