Job summary

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a capable administrator to provide business and project support across Forest of Dean ICT, covering Forest of Dean, Tewkesbury, Newent and Staunton Integrated Community Team. The role focuses on building business intelligence, governance alignment and service improvement.

You will work under supervision of the Community Manager, with a degree of autonomy based on project scope.

Qualifications

• Experience with complex administrative tasks and working to tight deadlines.
• Significant experience in a statutory organisation.
• Experience of line management, delegation and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide business and project support to the management team.
• Navigate multiple systems to develop business intelligence for service improvements.
• Support governance requirements and local strategy initiatives.
• Supervise the Admin Lead in the locality.
