Job summary

9B Careers in London, working with an AJ100 architectural practice, seeks a Part III Project Architect with 3–5 years PQE to lead projects and client relationships.

You will run projects across RIBA Stages 1–6, lead hospitality and interior fit-out delivery, and coordinate teams and consultants, while maintaining design excellence and strong communication with clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Proven experience as a Project Runner
• Hospitality and/or interior design fit-out experience
• Experience across RIBA Stages 1–6, including planning
• Strong experience across Stages 3–5 is particularly important
• Confident client-facing communicator
• Able to lead client and project team meetings
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Good technical and design understanding
• London experience essential

9B Careers is working with an AJ100 architectural practice in London, looking for a Part III Project Architect with 3–5 years' post-qualification experience and proven project-running experience.

The role will suit an Architect with experience across hospitality and interior design fit-out, who is confident working directly with clients and leading project teams.

The Role
