Job summary

9B Careers is working with an AJ100 architectural practice in London, seeking Part III Architects with 1-3 years PQE to join their technical teams. The role focuses on delivering across RIBA Stages 3-5, developing and coordinating detailed architectural information, and coordinating with other consultants.

It also involves setting up drawing packages for façades and interior fit-out and contributing to larger-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' post-qualification experience.
• Qualified Architect with a well-rounded understanding of project delivery.
• Experience across multiple RIBA stages, particularly Stages 3-5.
• Confident coordinating with other consultants.
• Hospitality experience and larger-scale project experience preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work across a range of project stages, with a focus on Stages 3-5
• Develop and coordinate detailed architectural information
• Coordinate information with other consultants and project teams
• Set up and manage drawing packages for façades and interior fit-out
• Contribute to larger-scale projects and complex technical packages
• Work collaboratively with architects, designers and consultants
• Support projects through technical development and construction
