Job summary

9B Careers is partnering with an AJ100 practice in London to recruit an Architect with 3+ years' post-qualification experience. The role covers development to construction, with emphasis on delivering detailed packages and sophisticated Revit/BIM work. London experience is essential and site exposure is a plus.

The successful candidate will contribute to commercial/hospitality projects, coordinating with structural and MEP teams and ensuring compliance with building regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' post-qualification experience in architecture.
• Strong experience on commercial and/or hospitality projects.
• Proven ability to progress projects from developed design through to construction.
• Advanced Revit and BIM workflow skills.
• Strong understanding of building regulations and construction technology.
• Experience producing detailed technical and tender packages.
• Confident coordinating with structural engineers and MEP consultants.
• London experience essential.

The role would suit an Architect who has experience working on commercial and/or hospitality projects and is confident taking projects from developed design through to construction.

The Role

• Contribute to projects through RIBA Stages 3 and 4
• Produce and coordinate comprehensive architectural delivery packages
• Develop detailed construction drawings, tender documentation and specifications
• Build and manage complex Revit/BIM models
• Coordinate architectural information with structural and MEP consultants
• Resolve technical details and ensure effective multidisciplinary coordination
• Apply knowledge of building regulations, construction technology and material performance
• Site experience would be advantageous

About You

• 3+ years' post-qualification experience
