Job summary

9B Careers is working with an AJ100 architectural practice in London seeking an experienced Job Running Architect to join their team. This key project delivery role requires ownership of projects, leadership of a team, and collaboration with clients across all RIBA stages.

The role involves leading projects through RIBA Stages 0–6, coordinating teams and consultants, managing BIM workflows, and performing Principal Designer duties where required. London-based project experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Proven job-running experience is essential.
• Strong commercial building experience preferred.
• Excellent Revit skills.

This is a key project delivery role for an Architect with strong job-running experience who can take ownership of projects, lead a team and work confidently with clients across all RIBA stages.

The Role

• Lead and run projects through RIBA Stages 0–6

• Contribute to design development as well as technical delivery

About You

• 5+ years' post-qualification experience
• Proven job-running experience is essential
• Strong commercial building experience preferred
• Excellent Revit skills
• Experience across RIBA Stages 0–6
• Strong design, organisational and project management skills
• Confident leading teams and dealing directly with clients
• Experience undertaking Principal Designer duties
• London-based project experience essential
• Listed building experience would be advantageous

£50,000–£55,000 depending on experience.
