Job description

We’re working with a small, design‑led London studio with a reputation for beautifully crafted buildings, clear thinking and a genuinely collaborative culture. As the practice continues to grow, they’re looking for a Project Architect who enjoys real ownership, close director collaboration and working through projects from concept all the way into delivery.

It’s a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves leading day‑to‑day project coordination, solving design and technical challenges, and contributing to thoughtful, well‑resolved architecture.

The Role
  • Lead projects through early concept, planning and technical stages with support from directors.
  • Take responsibility for day‑to‑day coordination across clients, consultants and contractors.
  • Produce high quality design, planning and technical information.
  • Support and mentor juniors, helping to maintain a strong, detail focused studio culture.
  • Contribute to improving systems, workflows and the studio’s ongoing BIM transition.
  • Work across a mix of residential, retrofit and small‑to‑medium scale design‑led projects.
About You
  • ARB registered Architect with 2 - 5 years post‑Part III.
  • Confident project runner with solid technical ability and site awareness.
  • Strong design skills with a portfolio showing clarity, materiality and well resolved detailing.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable working closely with directors and leading day‑to‑day decisions.
  • Revit experience essential (the studio is transitioning to Revit).
  • Confident using MicroStation (or equivalent CAD tools) and open to contributing to the studio’s upcoming Revit transition.
  • Happy working in a small, hands on team where everyone contributes.
Why Apply
  • Real ownership and visibility across the full project lifecycle.
  • Close collaboration with directors in a supportive, ambitious environment.
  • A studio known for thoughtful design, craft and attention to detail.
  • A genuinely nice team culture with flexibility and room to grow.
  • Hybrid working and competitive salary.
