Job summary

Oasis Trust in Greater Manchester is hiring an organised Project Administrator for the GM Navigators and PACS projects. The role focuses on setting up systems, maintaining databases and handling confidential paperwork to support families.

You will work with the Project Coordinator and Senior Practitioner, with flexible working arrangements and access to training. The fixed-term contract runs until 30 April 2027 and salary is £28,051 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and record-keeping
• Minute taking and using social media
• Data management systems and maintaining databases
• Ability to set up systems, policy and procedures, with confidentiality
• Organised, proactive and reliable

Responsibilities

• Set up systems and policies for the PACS project
• Maintain databases and handle paperwork
• Support project coordinator and senior practitioner
• Manage communications and provide timely administrative support
