Mott MacDonald is seeking a Project Administrator to join the PMO, supporting the Adoption and Special Guardianship Support Fund (ASGSF) and future projects. You will handle applications, stakeholder communication, and project documentation while working across multiple client teams in a dynamic environment.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements, with collaboration across Cambridge or London offices and the wider APD unit. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy administrative or project-support environment.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders via email and telephone.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines across multiple projects.

• Process, review and maintain project applications and records using project systems.
• Monitor inboxes, respond to queries, escalate as needed.
• Provide professional, responsive stakeholder calls and support across multiple projects.
