Job description

Due to company expansion, my client is recruiting permanently for a Project Administrator. Reporting directly to the Operations Director and serving as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, the role is based at the head office in Central London with occasional visits to project sites throughout London and to the company's plant and equipment storage in Essex (approximately once a fortnight).

Responsibilities
  1. Support project sites with administrative tasks, including attending live sites to assist with paperwork.
  2. Raise purchase orders for site supplies and confirm receipt of orders.
  3. Scan and file delivery notes, liaise with project managers to set up new projects, create job folders, and coordinate deliveries from in-house stores.
  4. Ensure all site documents are scanned and stored on the company shared drive upon project completion.
  5. Coordinate the return of tools and equipment to site stores, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills.
  • Previous experience working on construction sites.
  • Organized and proficient in all Microsoft Office packages.
