About this role

One of London’s most sought-after architectural practices with an enviable reputation within the industry is looking for an experienced project administrator/document controller to join this vibrant practice. Your role will be super-varied where you will support various project teams and key members of the senior team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team with meeting coordination and diary management
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation, both national and international
  • Support with document control
  • Produce project documentation
  • Assist with presentation and meeting preparation
  • Process team expenses
  • Ad hoc administration as required including covering on reception

Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience in project administration and document control, ideally within the architecture/design industry
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Knowledge of InDesign would be advantageous as well as document control systems, ie Aconex
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
